Why do we shift our corporate Sunday worship service to Church@Home?
We meet in small groups (cells) in homes and anywhere we can gather for mutual edification through participation in the worship service broadcast live from our studio, followed by a time to encourage and pray for each other to apply the sermon we just heard. Fellowship continues over lunch.
We've seen that small group gatherings better facilitate biblical community and relational discipleship than large groups.
It presents new opportunities for outreach since we are not limited to a single location or day and time, and to people who are reluctant to enter a church building or a crowd. It also encourages everyone’s participation, which is crucial for spiritual growth.
Since our weekly cell and worship service are combined into one gathering, it also enables time for other discipleship and equipping activities.
We gather together on the first Sunday of the month for Church Together. So we can all know and feel that we are part of a larger spiritual family.
Churchtogether
Every first Sunday of the month, we meet as a whole church family for a bilingual (English-Mandarin) service.
We set time aside for intergenerational connection and strengthening the church.
For the remaining Sundays, we meet in homes all around Singapore.

Churchathome
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have transitioned out of a large congregation Sunday service to pursue smaller gatherings in homes.
In smaller gatherings, we are invited to know each other, carry each other’s burdens, and build each other up.
There are more opportunities for believers to exercise their spiritual gifts and allows us to reach people who would otherwise never step into a church building.
